Read all instructions thoroughly before installation.
NOTICE For proper installation, mounting surface of item should be between 4-38ºC (forty-100ºF) prior to application.
THIS STEP MUST Be Washed FOR Agglutinative TAPE TO PROPERLY Mountain. FAILURE TO Make clean COULD Result IN POOR ATTACHMENT OF Item.
ane. Clean surface with isopropyl booze (rubbing alcohol). Avoid cleaning areas that tape will not contact.
2. Apply 3M© Adhesive Promoter 06396 to mounting surface. Avoid areas that tape will non contact. Allow 90 seconds for Adhesive Promoter to dry earlier proceeding. Annotation: For all-time results, install within 10 minutes of installing Adhesive Promoter.
iii. Test fit item to the vehicle before removing plastic liner from mounting record. This volition assist in aligning the item before adhesion.
4. Remove only enough plastic liner to exist hands gripped when item is installed. Note: The plastic liner of the shorter tape sections may need to be fully removed earlier installing.
5. Install particular in proper mounting position while keeping partially removed liner ends accessible.
six. Firmly hold item in proper mounting position while pulling the exposed plastic liner to completely remove. Maintain force per unit area on installed item for xxx seconds to ensure proper contact. Full adhesion occurs inside 24 hours of awarding.
